How to keep your Christmas tree fresh?

Your Christmas tree will appear happy and healthy until New Year's if you keep to the steps below.

Simply select the freshest tree possible. Ideally, acquire one that's cut the morning you take it home. Cut 1 inch off of the base, place the tree in a very bucket of water, and stand it in a very cool, shady place if you don't decide to work it instantly. Cut 1/2 inch to at least one inch journey base of the trunk if you see it inside to build. Set up a tree stand that holds leastways 1 gallon of water. Add plain water. Water the tree each day. Avoid allowing the river level to decrease below the cut end from the trunk. Whether or not this does, a seal will form preventing much more water from being absorbed from the tree. You will need to make another put in the trunk if the occurs. Keep the tree from the fireplace, vents and also other options for heat. Spray tree with an antitranspirant, the clear film that slows water loss in the needles. Spray it on before trimming the tree.
